RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, VEGETABLE SHORTENING [PALM OIL, FRACTIONATED PALM OIL, TBHQ (AS PRESERVATIVE)], MARGARINE [FRACTIONATED PALM OIL, CANOLA OIL, PALM OIL, WATER, SUGAR, MONOGLYCERIDES, SOY LECITHIN, POTASSIUM SORBATE, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CITRIC ACID, ANNATTO (COLOR)], SUGAR, YEAST, SOYBEAN OIL [SOYBEAN OIL, TBHQ (AS PRESERVATIVE)], SALT, DOUGH CONDITIONER (ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR, DATEM, MONOGLYCERIDES, YEAST, ASCORBIC ACID, ENZYMES).

Heat croissant donut if desired. Heating the croissant donut will prevent the crust from flaking.

a. To Heat:

i. Preheat oven to 350°F

ii. Take desired number of croissant donuts out of freezer and place in metal basket or baking tray.

iii. Re-heat Croissant donut for 30 sec-1min with 5 sec steam depending on oven equipment used.

iv. Allow croissant donut to cool slightly before filling and finishing.

b. To prepare without pre-heating

i. Thaw frozen croissant donut at room temperature for 30min.

2. Fill croissant donut (optional)

a. Method I

i. Gently cut croissant donut in half lengthwise.

ii. Fill croissant donut with desired filling as shown below

b. Method II

i. Gently pipe a small amount of filling into the side of the croissant donut in 4 evenly spaced intervals.

3. Finish croissant donut

a. Finish as desired with Cinnamon Sugar (Spray croissant donut lightly with water before applying cinnamon sugar),
